Seems good quality despite the affordable price. I've used it a few times already but I'm not yet sure if it works (on insomnia).

There is SUBSTANTIAL medical literature that proves the value of Vagus Nerve Stimulation, that goes without question. You can't "electrocute" yourself. Stimulation through the ear has shown to be as effective as an internally transplated medical device. This device has been a great help to me.
